Shipping:

• ? We will ship the items within 3 working days after the payment is reached.
• ? The items will be shipped via UPS and will be Marked as "gift" or "sample” for easy customs clearance
• ? The shipment usually takes around 4-7 business days to reach at your designated address.

• ? Every parcel has a tracking number for taking track of.
• ? Please let us know if you still cannot receive the items within 15 days after you paid, then we can investigate it

Return/refund policy:

• ? 100% of all delivered products will be tested before shipping and we guarantee that all our products you get will be working all right;
• ? No refund, exchange only.

• ? In case of missing/defective parts, please notify us no later than 7 days after you receive the item and we will arrange re-shipment of the item.
• ? Buyer has to email us for the exchange notice prior to returning item, buyer will bear the freight & handling fee and the item must also be in its original box when returning the items.
